Return & Refund Policy (UAE)
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused, with tags
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
This return policy is applicable for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
